• Hurdles: 110 record holder in the city

• Hurdles: All-city, State and Regional Trophies and Awards

• High Jump: All-City Awards

• Ran 400m, 200m and Long Jump

• 1985 Earned a 4-year scholarship to Norfolk State University for Track & Field which was the highest athletic scholarship for that year

Band​

• Band member 8th-12th grade

• Clarinet: 2nd chair
